New features/improvements

• MapTest servers are integrated to groups as "Map Testing Mode"
• A rockhopper penguin flair is available at 18 degrees
• The map selector in groups is rebuilt with filtering and flag indicator
• The pre-game zoom is smoothed out and shows all players
• Pizza timers are rebuilt for improved performance

Bug fixes

• Region selection issues and waiting counters are fixed
• Private game stuck in spectating bug is fixed
• Double jumping with gravity enabled is working again
